RASP – Rural Association Support Program, organized in Korça on 17 September, 2020, a training workshop on “Food Safety Standards in Farm Production and Food Legislation.” This workshop was organized in the frame of the Project: “Capacity Building of farmers and other stakeholders in the diversification of rural activities”, funded by FAO (Food Organization of the United Nations).

Participants in this workshop represented mainly farmers and producers of agricultural and animal products, fruit growing, medicinal plants, agro-tourism, etc., as well as specialists of the Advisory Service.

In the focus of this training were opics related to: Quality Assurance Systems & Food Safety; HACCP System & Preliminary Programs; Good Practices of Food Safety; etc.
